At Chiladas, we use farm-fresh ingredients in everything we make. We can trace our tomatoes, onions, avocados and green onions to the farm they came from. Our USDA meats are marinated in-house and slow roasted without any preservatives or fillers. You can trust that our food is prepared and served fresh, never frozen everyday. In fact, we don’t even have a freezer or microwave in our kitchens.

Chiladas’ unique menu items include hand-rolled enchiladas and green chile rice made from roasted poblano pepper, white rice and cilantro. Chiladas’ blue corn chips come from natural blue corn from farms in the northern Midwest. We use only the freshest steam-peeled Roma tomatoes and a special blend of spices for our red salsa. Chiladas’ guacamole is made from scratch with fresh Haas avocados and our own blend of natural spices.
